1Terms of Sale – Conference Tickets and Refund Policy

1) Purpose

Purchasing tickets allows you to participate in the conference according to the procedures indicated on the event page and in the published program.

2) Purchase Method and Confirmation

Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the order summary and the ticket (or access instructions). It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information you enter.

3) Refund Policy

The following conditions apply to conference tickets:

100% refund if the request is received within 60 days before the event start date.
50% refund if the request is received between 60 and 30 days before the event start date.
No refunds are issued for requests received more than 30 days before the event (i.e., within 30 days before and after the event).

Exceptions (over 30 days): A refund (full or partial) can be considered only in the following cases:

Certified health problems (suitable medical documentation), or
Serious, documentable family problems.

The decision and any refundable amount will be communicated via email after verification of the documentation.
4) Refund Methods and Times

Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless technically impossible. Refund times depend on the bank/payment provider (generally a few business days).
