WORKSHOP: INTRODUCTION TO THE PRACTICE OF TAI CHI
Saturday 9 May, 8.00 – 8.45
Sunday 10 may, 8.00 – 8.45

The workshop will be held by senior teachers of the “Tai Chi Roma” Group, all with 30 years of experience in the practice of Tai Chi and 20 years of experience in teaching.
After brief introductory remarks on general principles, the session will be mainly focused on the participants’ direct experience of Tai Chi. The number of participants is limited. All participants are expected to join in the practice, just watching is not permitted.
